Issuing invitations to bid is easily accomplished using PlanSource. Your company´s complete database of Trades and Suppliers is available to you in an easily searched and sorted format. Invitations are sent via either fax or email from within PlanSource. Faxed invitations are broadcast all at once rather than more typical one after the other sequential faxing. Automated reports track responses from those who confirm they intend to bid. Summary lists of all the invited companies are provided to simplify the follow up process.
